2006 OBITUARY: Beulah Garrett, 94, Milton, Ky., died Friday Aug. 18, 2006 at the Bedford Health Care. She was born in Trimble County, KY, on June 13, 1912 the daughter of Charles and Eliza Preston McCord. She was a homemaker and enjoyed meeting with the senior citizens and was a member of the Milton Baptist Church where she belonged to the Dorcas Sunday school class and the WMU Society.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Benjamin Fallis; her second husband, Roy Garrett; a daughter, Nadine McDonald; two sisters, Maggie Persell and Lillan Gordon; two brothers, Calvin McCord and Sam McCord. Surviving is a son, Marvin Fallis of Madison; two daughters, Rosaland Robbins of Columbus and Shirley Yocum of Versailles; 17 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Sunday Aug 20, 2006 at 2 pm at the Wood-Oakely Funeral Home with burial in Moffett Cemetery. Friends and family may call from 5-9 pm today and after 10 am Sunday at the funeral home.
