     1ST MARRIAGE: Mavis and Claud had four children:

09----BETTY LOU WILSON [b. & d. 12 Dec 1928?-- stillborn, bur. Oak Hill Cemetery];
09----FRANCIS GENE WILSON [b. 23 Mar 1928, Maryville, Nodaway Co, MO; d. 4 Nov 1985, San Antonio, Bexar Co, TX- age 57, bur. Ft. Sam Houston Cemetery- of heart attack], SSN: 408-24-5976/MO, m. Verna Mae HAUSER on 13 Feb 1957, McKeesport, Allegheny Co, PA, had three children:
09----RENE RICHARD WILSON [b. 28 Dec 1937, on the front porch at home, Maryville, Nodaway Co, MO], Mavis had been kicked in the stomach and knocked down by her son, Gene, the day before.

     2ND MARRIAGE: Mavis second married Benjamin H THRELKEND [b. 1874; d. 1965- age 91] in Jan 1958.

     3RD MARRIAGE: Mavis third married Jack Stuart BURTON [b. 1900; d. 1972- age 72] on 21 May 1970.

     1987 DEATH: Mavis died after two strokes, although she was never paralyzed nor had loss of speech or sense of humor. As a practical nurse, she worked long after she was physically able to do so.

     HIS 2ND MARRIAGE: Claud second married Eva POSTON on 25 Feb 1919, subsequently divorced.

     1952 DEATH: Claud died of a heart attack at, "Our Place," in the country, now part of the university campus. He was in a closed car dead for three days in hot weather before he was found. After embalming, his body was stored in the cemetery garage because of the smell. Pauline and FC were on vacation in Ogden, UT and didn't come back for the $400 funeral.
