     1950 OBITUARY: Mrs Estelle Watkins Doyle, 55, owner and manager of the Doyle Transfer Company, Carrollton, died Saturday night in the Halifax Hospital in Daytona Beach, Florida. She had been convalescing from a recent illness at the home of her daughter, Mrs William Harmon there.
     For the past twenty-one years Mrs Doyle had been owner and active manager of the transfer company. She was chairman of the women's division of the Carroll County Democratic organization. She was a member of the Methodist Church where she had taught a Sunday School class for 25 years.
     She is survived by her husband, Ira Thomas Doyle; another daughter: Mrs Dorothy D Wood, Carrollton; three sons: Eugene H Doyle, Louisville, Thomas D Doyle and Robert M Doyle, both of Carrollton; two sisters: Mrs James N Claxon, Louisville and Mrs Amos Tingle, Okolona; three brothers: Eugene H Watkins and Hays T Watkins, both of New Castle and Wilson P Watkins, Fern Creek.
     Funeral Services were conducted at 2 pm Wednesday at the Carrollton Methodist Church. Burial was in the Carrollton Cemetery.
