     Charlotte second married Jeff REICHARD [b. 26 Dec 1944, Marion Co, IN] in 1976. He worked at GM-Allison in Indianapolis, IN.

     1976 OBITUARY: Edna F Whitlow, 66, Indianapolis, died in her home Sunday. Born in Parr, she was a daughter of Dessie and Etta (Garriott) Porter.
    A resident of Indianapolis since 1954, she was a former Rensselaer resident, and retired in 1973 from IU Indianapolis, where she had been employed 18 years as receptionist and switchboard operator. She was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Brownsville. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs Jeff (Charlotte) K Reichard, Indianapolis; and three grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister.
