     MILITARY: 23 Levi was registered with the Selective Service in Bedford, Trimble Co, KY, a resident of Campbellsburg, Henry Co, KY, and entered active duty from Bedford, KY, on 4 Sep 1918 [US 4.738.390]. He was a private, Company E, 68th Field Artillery. He separated from active duty on 17 Dec 1918 at Camp Knox, KY, after about three months service.

     PENSION: 23 Levi filed for pension [claim 21.114.351] in 1959, Indianapolis, IN. His award was amended to  $76.32/month, effective 1 Jan 1976.

     2000 OBITUARY: "Lillian Anne Louden Teague, 91, Indianapolis, died April 11. She had been a sales associate for Roselyn Bakery. Mrs Teague was a member of East Side Full Gospel Church. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Kidney Foundation. Services: noon April 15 in Shirley Brothers Washington Memorial Chapel, with calling from 5 to 8 pm April 14. Burial: Memorial Park Cemetery. She was the widow of Levi V Teague. Survivors: daughters Mildred L Abbott, Vivian A Matthews; sisters Florence, Lunetta Louden; 13 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren." She was preceded in death by three sons: GL 1920-1967, William Buford 1923-1924 and Herbert Lemuel 1929-1983.
