2006 OBITUARY: Clayton Westbrook, 77, of Rogers, AR., died Monday, Feb 13, 2006, in Bentonville, AR. He was born Dec 7, 1928, in Corsicana, TX, to Taylor Clayton Westbrook Sr and Marie Adams Westbrook. He was a master mechanic and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Geraldine Westbrook; two sons and daughters-in-law, David Westbrook and Betty Westbrook of Houston, TX, and Duane Westbrook and Kathleen Westbrook of Rogers; two daughters and sons-in-law, Kay Jones and Gus Jones of Perris, CA, and Deanne Ritchie and Steve Ritchie of Rogers; three brothers, Charles Westbrook of NC, Robert Westbrook of FL and Bill Westbrook of Harlingen, TX; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
A family service will be held at 2 pm Friday, Feb 17, at the Rollins Funeral Chapel in Rogers with Pastor Rob Matney.
Burial will be at the Phillips Cemetery in Cave Springs, AR. Arrangements are by Rollins Funeral Home of Rogers.
2014 OBITUARY: Elsa, TX: Pauline Belle James, 91,of Elsa, TX, entered into rest Thursday, February 27, 2014 at the Comfort House in McAllen, TX. She was born in Healing Springs, AR, daughter of Charles Norman and Laura Blanch (Casey) Garriott. Pauline is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Ray James; her sons, Darrell, Dennis, and Gary James, and daughter, Velma James Mulkey. Left behind to cherish her memory are her son Alan K James of Elsa; daughter, Sheryl L James of Edinburg, TX; sisters, Norma Jean Satterlee and Gerry Westbrook; grandchildren, Fred, Phillip, Jennifer, Kristi and Stephanie; 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2 14 at Duddleston Funeral Home, Raymondville, TX. Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 3, 2014 at 2 pm at the Raymondville Memorial Cemetery. The family wishes to express their appreciation to Pauline's caretakers, Carmen, Lupita and Lizzy for their loving care, to IHP Hospice and Comfort House.
