     1808 LAND SALE: [Culpeper Co, VA?] On 1 Mar 1808 Jesse Wilhoit, and his wife "Milley," sold 120 acres of land to Mark Finks and emigrated to Jefferson Co, KY.
     1837 LAND PURCHASED: [Government Land Office Doc# 7785, pg 258, dated 10 Aug 1837, Jeffersonville, IN]  Loving Garriott of Jackson? Co, IN purchased 80 acres [E2 SE4 Section 4 T4N R6E] in Jackson Co, IN from the Government.
     1839 LAND PURCHASED: [Government Land Office Doc# 13576, pg 035, dated 1 Aug 1839, Jeffersonville, IN] Loving Garriott of Trimble Co, KY purchased 80 acres [W2 NW4 Section 21 T4N R6E] in Jackson Co, IN from the Government.
     1839 LAND PURCHASED: [Government Land Office Doc# 13577, pg 036, dated 1 Aug 1839, Jeffersonville, IN] Loving Garriott of Trimble Co, KY purchased 80 acres [W2 NE4 Section 20 T4N R6E] in Jackson Co, IN from the Government.
     1846 LAND SOLD: [Trimble Co, KY, Deed Bk C/5, dated 7 Aug 1846] Loving Garriott and Margaret, his wife, sold to their son Evan M Garriott, for $5, two parcels of land in Trimble Co, KY, one parcel on the east side of the Little Kentucky [River], containing 78 acres, the section a 30 acre parcel. The largest parcel was intended for his son as part of his estate, "But I have made him a deed for it now."
     1849 LAND SOLD: [Trimble Co, KY, Deed Bk C/394, dated 24 Oct 1849] Loving Garriott and Margaret, his wife, sold 76-1/2 acres, "on the waters of Middle Creek and on the Ohio River," to EM Garriott and William Garriott for four thousand dollars.

     1777 MILITARY: Tobias Wilhoit (grandfather of Margaret) served in the American Revolution VA, enlisting 8 Aug 1777 for three month, in Jul 1780 for four weeks, and Jul 1781 for three months, all in Capt. Ephraim Rucker's company in Col. Barbour's VA regiment.
